<p>Manchester United made history in the Champions League on Wednesday through their choice of kit. The Red Devils are in Turkey to take on Galatasaray in a must-win European encounter and will use their third strip with a small tweak. Erik ten Hag's side will wear white shirts but with red shorts and white socks. WHAT HAPPENED?

<p>United are in their third strip to avoid a clash with the home side's iconic red and yellow shirts. Galatasaray also wear white shorts which has made United tweak their kit. <p>Manchester United take on Galatasaray needing a win but have a poor record against clubs from Turkey. The Red Devils have lost three of their last four games against Turkish clubs. The only win came at Old Trafford İstanbul Basaksehir in November 2020.</p>
