Manchester United will 'happily cash in' on floundering striker Rasmus Hojlund as Serie A giant learn of his reduced price tag

Corriere dello Sport, via Sport Witness, states that United will 'happily' let the Denmark international leave for between €50-55 million (£42-46m) this summer. The report adds that Juventus are keeping tabs on him due to his reduced price tag and 'low wage demands' but want Napoli's Victor Osimhen and soon-to-be free agent Jonathan David more.

United signed the 22-year-old from Atalanta for a fee worth up to £72m ($97.3m) in 2023 but since then he has struggled for goals at Old Trafford. He has been linked with a Serie A return, among other destinations, and it seems the Red Devils may try and cut their losses sooner rather than later.

Hojlund scored 16 goals in 43 matches for United last season but this term his strike rate is significantly worse. A total of 10 goals in 51 appearances makes for grim reading.

The young forward, who failed to fire in United's Europa League final loss to Tottenham this week, will hope to finish the season on a positive note when the Red Devils host Aston Villa on Sunday in the Premier League.
