The World Cup winner continues to run down his contract at Paris Saint-Germain, with <a href="https://www.goal.com/en-gb/lists/kylian-mbappe-picks-real-madrid-decision-future-snubs-psg-transfer-call/blt90cf88cd418e91f2" target="_blank">free agency set to be hit in the summer</a>. The reigning Ligue 1 champions had been hoping to see their all-time leading goalscorer trigger an extension in his current deal, or agree fresh terms.

WHAT HAPPENED?

No deal has been done, with Mbappe said to have <a href="Kylian Mbappe Real Madrid" target="_blank">agreed a lucrative switch to Santiago Bernabeu</a>. He has not made a public announcement as yet, out of respect to those at Parc des Princes, but news of his supposed future call has generated excitement around the world.

Doncic, who is now starring in the NBA for the Dallas Mavericks, is among those looking forward to seeing Mbappe in Madrid.
