THE BIGGER PICTURE
Madueke becomes Arsenal's fourth major signing of the summer, following on from Martin Zubimendi, Christian Norgaard and fellow Chelsea star Kepa Arrizabalaga. Mikel Arteta is also hoping to wrap up deals for Cristhian Mosquera and Viktor Gyokeres in the coming days.

After two-and-a-half mixed seasons at Stamford Bridge, Madueke heads to the Emirates Stadium looking to kick his career into another gear. He scored 20 goals in 92 games for Chelsea, helping them win two trophies earlier this summer in the form of the Conference League and Club World Cup. The 23-year-old has also been capped seven times by the England senior team.
