Andre Onana's stance on Saudi Pro League transfer revealed amid talk of exit for maligned Man Utd goalkeeper

Onana has come in for plenty of criticism during his time at Manchester United which has been littered with many high-profile errors. The Red Devils are said to be eager to cash in on the goalkeeper this summer and are hoping to offload him to the Saudi Pro League. However, Onana wants to stay at Old Trafford and will only consider a move to the Middle East if he's told he's no longer wanted at United, according toESPN.

Manchester United are expected to overhaul the squad in the summer and have been credited with interest in Royal Antwerp goalkeeper Senne Lammens and Lille's Lucas Chevalier. Ruben Amorim may need to add another stopper no matter what happens with Onana as 38-year-old Tom Heaton is expected to hang up his gloves and Altay Bayindir could leave in search of regular game time.

Onana has made 67 appearances Premier League appearances during his time at Manchester United and kept 17 clean sheets.

Onana and United return to action after the international break with a Premier League game against Nottingham Forest at the City Ground on April 1.
