Reigning Premier League champions from the Etihad Stadium remain locked in a long-running Financial Fair Play case. They were made aware of the charges being levelled against them more than two years ago.
Unsurprisingly, given the rivalry that exists between the two clubs, United fans were happy to poke fun at "noisy neighbours” when seeing them pay another visit to Old Trafford. Special edition scarves were produced by bookmakers Midnite that reminded those on the blue half of Manchester of their supposed rule breaches.

WHAT MIDNITE SAID
A spokesperson for Midnite said: “We caused a stir ahead of the Manchester derby by handing out special edition scarves that reminded City about their 115 charges. We wanted to create a keepsake for fans in attendance as City fans face an anxious wait over their alleged breaking of financial rules.”
WHAT NEXT FOR MAN UTD?
There were 500 of the “115” scarves handed out, with United supporters happy to pose for pictures as they made their way towards the ‘Theatre of Dreams’. They have not had too much to smile about this season, with Ruben Amorim’s side sat 14th in the table as they cling to the dream of Europa League success salvaging what has been a forgettable campaign.
