Kyle Walker's wife Annie Kilner 'willing to give it a go' in Italy after Lauryn Goodman saga as couple aim to 'put things behind them' after completing transfer to AC Milan

Serious questions had been asked of that relationship after England international Walker fathered two children with former Love Island contestant Lauryn Goodman. Kilner was said to have started divorce proceedings at one stage.

The couple did, however, spend Christmas together and are now ready to step away from the glare of a Premier League spotlight. Walker is currently in Italy as he prepares to link up with USMNT stars Christian Pulisic and Yunus Musah at San Siro.

His family are not by his side as the formalities of that move are completed – with a work permit needing to be secured – but they will be joining him in Milan. A source has told the Daily Mail: “This is a good opportunity to put things behind them and make a go of it as a family unit. It will be a challenge in a new country, but they are willing to give it a go.”

It is claimed that Walker wants to take the No.32 jersey in Milan that David Beckham once wore during his loan spell with the Rossoneri. As Walker is yet to be registered, and cannot turn out for another club in the Champions League group stage, his debut may come in a derby date with Inter on February 2.
