Fernandez has already turned down a move to Atletico Madrid, according to Diario AS reporter Eduardo Burgos. Several of his Argentina team-mates tried to convince him to join Diego Simeone's side during the international break but are yet to tempt him away from Stamford Bridge. Fernandez is said to like being in London, although he is still 'keeping his options open'.
