Copa America 2024 kits: USMNT, Argentina, Brazil & what every team is wearing at the CONMEBOL Copa America in the USA

As the months keep rolling on for the year, it won't be long now until the 2024 Copa America starts on June 20 in the host nation of the United States - with the final taking place in Miami on July 14. To mark the occasion, Nike and adidas have launched kits for some of the biggest participating sides in the Copa America, including current title holders Argentina.

Ahead of this summer's tournament, adidas has unveiled the home and away kits for its federations: Argentina, Colombia, Chile, Mexico, and Peru. The kits are given a new lease of life, recoding traditional visual cues and iconic national emblems into the modern game.

The designs are built to inspire a sense of pride and belonging, blending traditional elements with modern style to create something for the next generation of players. This big launch adds to the already released Venezuelan kit, with jerseys for Jamaica and Costa Rica still to be released by adidas, with Nike kits also yet to be unveiled.

Nike has launched kits for Brazil and the United States - giving both home and away kits a new lease of life. Called “metaprism,” Nike's approach takes traditional federation colours and augments them through the lens of light and movement.

Each design pushed each federation's colour palette in a unique direction while maintaining the country’s aesthetic identity.

Below, GOAL brings you all the Copa America 2024 kits released so far:

  • Copa America 2024 Kits

    Home

The new Argentina Copa America kit features gold detailing to mark the team's recent success in world football. It adds some glow to the classic blue and white jersey, which is an instantly recognisable symbol for fans of Messi.

  • Away

The Argentina away jersey comes draped in royal blue, symbolising their standing in the international game as one of the most successful teams. Bright metallic graphic inserts and touches of light blue and white are borrowed from the national flag, finishing a stunning new look.

  • Home

Brazil's home kit features an intricate, all-over pattern celebrating the country’s beautiful natural heritage. Different details of Brazil are contained within the richly textured pattern set against the distinctive yellow backdrop, from musical notes to macaws and Sugarloaf Mountain to world-famous beaches.

  • Away

Nike has kept in theme with past Brazil kits, adorning it in a blue colourway once again. An all-over print inspired by nature and textiles covers the shirt. The kit features the CBF crest in the centre of the jersey for the first time since 2004. On the back, players’ names appear in a new font inspired by Brazilian art and design.

  • Home

A mosaic of red squares adorns the Chile home kit, representing a 'red tide' of Chilean fans showing their support for their team. Inspired by a new generation of fans, the graphics were designed through a digital lens for a fresh and youthful feel.

  • Away

The away kit pays homage to Chilean traditions with a noble white base colour – mirroring the snow found atop the Andres Mountains. Added bold detailing of vibrant blue and red highlights symbolises La Roja’s passion ahead of the summer tournament.

  • Home

The star of the new Colombia home kit is a fresh symbol - a phoenix, which famously represents fresh new energy and transformation. The wings of the phoenix are applied as side panelling on each side, hugging the shirt, almost like a shield for the team's journey this summer.

  • Away

For a bold contrast to the home kit, the Colombian away kit sits on a dark base colour with smoke patterns complemented by striking flamed orange detailing that flickers across the jersey. The phoenix is once more evoked to signify the fresh energy and passion of the team.

  • Home

If there's one nation's kits that always pulls out all the stops, it's Mexico. The newest editions for the Copa America are all based on folk patterns. The home jersey’s distinctive design features patterns influenced by their iconic symbol of the Eagle – with feather graphics on the base highlighting the speed and precision synonymous with both the team and their national bird.

  • Away

The away kit, which has a lush teal colourway, includes an all-over pattern depicting the serpent on the Mexican coat of arms—symbolising power and greatness. This one's going to look great on the pitch.

  • Home

The Peru home kit reimagines a classic, with the famous Peruvian slash across the jersey sitting on a white base. If you look closely the subtle graphic on the base depicts the texture found on the Peruvian Cajon – an instrument used in traditional music.

  • Away

The Peru away kit has been given a bold injection of their traditional red sash – via a unique textured pattern, which also takes its aesthetic from the Peruvian Cajon instrument on the side panels.

  • Home

In keeping with previous home jerseys, the latest iteration of the USA's national federation kit bears the nation's timeless patriotism through a distinct red, white, and blue graphic rib design on the collar and cuffs.

  • Away

There's a blast from the past for the away kit as we see a return to the sash design first made famous by America's footballing heroes of 1950, with a new gradient descending on multiple stripes.

The red tail of the gradient matches up with the red shorts, making for a striking look that will make the home nation stand out on the pitch.
