On August 27, Tottenham Hotspur revealed their new third kit for the 2024-25 season, returning to a green design crafted by Nike.
Spurs are well-known for wearing green during their remarkable comeback against Ajax, which secured them a spot in the 2019 UEFA Champions League final. Now, five years later, they will sport a similar hue in this season's kit.
Tottenham has been chosen by Nike as one of eight clubs to feature in their 'Together We Rise' kit collection, which is designed to celebrate women's football. The kit will showcase an inverted Swoosh on the shirt, shorts, and socks, symbolizing this initiative.
The third kit will also honour the 'Seven Sisters' trees that stand in the southern part of Tottenham's district. A subtle shield, reminiscent of the crests worn during the 20th century, will be positioned behind the modern Tottenham logo on the left chest. This shield features seven trees and the club's Latin motto, 'Audere Est Facere,' translating to 'To Dare Is To Do.'
The green kit will be complemented by white accents and trim, along with yellow detailing on the sleeve cuffs. Similar to the blue away kit, the front-of-shirt sponsor AIA will adjust its usual red colour scheme to align with the third kit's design.
While green is often linked to Tottenham's journey to the 2019 Champions League final, the colour was also used more recently in their 2020/21 away kit. This particular strip was worn during their Carabao Cup final loss to Manchester City.
The Nike Spurs 2024-25 third shirt is available to purchase in Nike outlets and the club's official website since August 27, retailing at £125 GBP ($140).
