Ahead of the <a href="https://www.goal.com/en/lists/kaden-braithwaite-manchester-city-starlet-watford-carabao-cup/blt2be1b599b96ba54b" target="_blank">Cityzens' Carabao Cup third-round fixture against Watford</a> on Tuesday, manager Pep Guardiola opened up on the star player's condition, however, he did not provide a concrete update as the club doctors are still assessing the degree of the midfielder's injury.
