Brazilian star Malcom de Oliveira appears to be reeling in the wake of his exit from Saudi side Al-Hilal a few days ago, judging by a video that has done the rounds over the past few hours.

Malcom had joined Al-Hilal in the summer of 2023. He left after reaching a mutual agreement with "the Boss" to terminate his contract by consent, despite initially wanting to stay.
The winger moved to the UAE's Al-Jazira and, a few hours later, played his part in the 2-0 win over Sharjah in the local league before meeting some supporters outside the stadium.

One fan in the circulating video put a question to Malcom, asking him to send a message to Al-Hilal's supporters. His expression shifted, sadness washing over his face.
"I love the real fans of Al-Hilal club," Malcom said, a clear nod to the crisis he endured with a large section of Al-Hilal's supporters during his time with "the Blue".
He clashed with Al-Hilal's fans on several occasions, specifically in his second season, as the supporters vented their displeasure and anger from the stands over the slump in domestic and Asian results.
Press reports point to the breakdown of his relationship with the club's fans as the main reason behind Malcom's departure.
