Wayne & Coleen get £10m documentary boost! ‘At Home With The Rooneys’ coming to Disney+ after epic bidding war with Amazon Prime

The Mail on Sunday report that after months of back and forth between the rivals, it is Disney+ that will send cameras inside the Rooney's £20m mansion in Cheshire. The documentary will follow the couple and their four sons.

The show is expected to follow the at-home-with format that has proved such a hit with other stars in recent years. The documentary about David Beckham was the most-watched show on Netflix in the UK last year, with this programme expected to focus on Coleen rather than Wayne.

Coleen became even more prominent last year when she finished second in ITV's I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here! The report states she is set to be paid £5m for this show, with the remainder going to her production company, Lorton Entertainment.

Filming will soon start on the new show after Disney won the battle to make it. Wayne Rooney is currently out of work in football after he was sacked by Plymouth Argyle last year.
