The England captain came very close to scoring his first goal of 2024 as he returned to action for Bayern Munich after the winter break against FC Basel in a friendly clash. Kane received a pass from Jamal Musiala on the right side of the penalty box and he attempted to slot the ball home with an outrageous chip from a very difficult angle but Basel goalkeeper Marwin Hitz pulled off a brilliant save to deny him from scoring.
