The five-time Ballon d’Or winner took advantage of a mid-season break in the Middle East to head back to Portugal for New Year celebrations – which included his mother’s birthday party and dining out in the sunshine with Georgina.

Georgina has shared a number of pictures on Instagram of life back in Saudi Arabia, with more rays being soaked up during swimming pool sessions. The Argentine-Spanish influencer and model has also been making Ronaldo laugh with her ability to make a huge helping of candy floss ‘disappear’.

Ronaldo will soon be switching back into game mode, with the evergreen 38-year-old not one to take his eye off the ball for long. He hit a world-best 54 goals for club and country in 2023 and has made it clear that he wants to maintain those standards over the next 12 months – with major silverware up for grabs at club level while also heading to Euro 2024 with his country.
