The Three Lions captain had some concerned about his involvement at a major tournament this summer when picking up a back problem in Germany. He missed the end of domestic action at Bayern, with his last outing coming in a Champions League semi-final defeat to Real Madrid.

Kane could now see game time in a friendly clash with Bosnia & Herzegovina on Monday, or a meeting with Iceland at Wembley Stadium on Friday. Either of those contests will present him with a chance to add to international hauls of 89 caps and 62 goals.

Kane will be desperate to figure prominently for the land of his birth in his adopted home across June and July, with one of the best No.9s on the planet still waiting on elusive major silverware. He plundered 44 goals for Bayern during his debut campaign at the Allianz Arena, landing the European Golden Shoe, but still finished the season empty-handed and unable to shake the ‘cursed’ tag which remains stuck around his neck.
