The excluded territories are France, Spain, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Russia, Belarus, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Kyrgyzstan, Norway, Bulgaria, Hungary, Georgia, Romania and Armenia.
