WHAT HAPPENED?

In 2020, Musah pledged allegiance to the U.S. and made his bow in a friendly date with Wales on November 11 of that year. He has come a long way since then, with a high-profile transfer in the summer of 2023 <a href="https://www.goal.com/en/lists/too-many-foreign-players-usmnt-star-christian-pulisic-yunus-musah-part-problem-ac-milan-arrigo-sacchi/blt9fcda7108af85e43" target="_blank">taking him from Valencia to Serie A giants AC Milan</a>.

Musah will be eternally grateful to the USMNT for the faith that they have shown in him, with <a href="https://www.goal.com/en/lists/next-ronaldinho-usmnt-star-yunus-musah-take-no80-shirt-20m-ac-milan-transfer/blt784e6a0b1e47311c" target="_blank">the highly-rated youngster</a> delighted to have passed a notable landmark in his blossoming career. He posted on social media when sharing an image of him making his international debut: “Thank you USMNT for everything you’ve done and continue doing for me.”

DID YOU KNOW?
