The Italian midfielder was promoted to United's first team in 2011 by Ferguson ahead of an FA Cup fifth-round match against Crawley Town. THE BIGGER PICTURE

Pogba was provisionally suspended after he failed a drug test following Juventus' 3-0 win at Udinese on 20 August. However, he could be banned for between two and four years after his B sample also tested positive for doping. And Pimenta revealed that his entourage is already working on an appeal.

“We’re working on [an appeal] but, being a lawyer, I’m the first to believe that if something needs to be discussed on a legal level, it needs to stay there. But I always have hope,” she added.
