When asked directly about the potential switch to Al-Hilal, Inzaghi instead shifted the focus to his current squad and their unity.
"We are lucky to work in a wonderful club with guys who are great footballers and great men," he told reporters. "In these four years, they have given me everything they had. We have won, we have lost, but there is this strong attachment that is what I like and makes me feel calm".
Pressed further on whether his connection with Inter might influence his future decisions, the 48-year-old didn’t rule it out.
"That for sure, but as I said before we really want to play this match. The only thought is to play the match against PSG," he said.
"The senior management are here, but we'll have a chat next week in a relaxed manner. We will always have the best interest of Inter at heart."
He added: "I've said several times that I'm happy in this company, so I have everything I want to do well and get great satisfaction."
