Mullin has been a vital asset for the Red Dragons since he was signed in 2021, a few months after Reynolds and Rob McElhenney took ownership of the club. The actors' presence has rocketed Wrexham and Mullin to worldwide fame, and a bit of a bromance has blossomed between the player and his boss over the years.

From back-to-back promotions on the field with Wrexham, to a role in Reynolds new blockbuster film Deadpool & Wolverine, Mullin has enjoyed some incredible times together with Reynolds, and the pair paid tribute to their journey on social media.

On social media, Reynolds shared a fans' collage of images showing the bond between the actor and his team's star forward over the years. Mullin reposted the image with a heartwarming response, writing: "Some journey so far".
