Premier League clubs set to battle for German full-back Lamine Yamal named as his toughest opponent as surprisingly low €35m release clause is revealed
RB Leipzig left-back David Raum could be on his way out of the club this summer, with Sky Sport (h/t Get German Football News) reporting that a host of Premier League clubs are interested in the former TSG 1899 Hoffenheim star, who could be available for as low as €35-40 million.

THE BIGGER PICTURE
Raum's current contract with the Bundesliga heavyweights is set to expire in 2027, and with no renewal talks in sight yet, Premier League clubs have been alerted of signing the 27-year-old this summer. If an offer from England arrives, which is likely considering his low release clause worth €35-40m. However, Sky Sport do add that Raum is not unhappy with his current surroundings.
However, it could come as a huge blow to lose one of their most important defenders, as several Leipzig stars such as Xavi Simons and Benjamin Sesko have been linked with summer departures.
"David Raum, the left back for Germany and RB Leipzig. A tough, fierce defender. At the European Championship in the quarter-finals against the Germans he proved to be a tough opponent to overcome," Yamal told Tuttosport.
