Plot twist! Why Lauryn Goodman had everybody – including Kyle Walker & Annie Kilner – fooled in public ‘moving to Italy’ performance

Former Love Island contestant Goodman continues to generate plenty of headlines courtesy of her very public dalliance with England international Walker. The pair share two children, which were conceived outside of Walker’s marriage to long-time partner Annie Kilner.

That extramarital affair has put considerable strain on Walker’s relationship with his wife, as he continues to face divorce speculation. In a bid to start afresh and get back in Kilner’s good books, the 34-year-old Premier League title winner has secured a move from Manchester City to AC Milan.

He is yet to be joined on a permanent basis by Kilner and their four children, while sparking more unfortunate gossip with nights on the town, but has seen Goodman feed the rumour mill regarding a potential switch of her own.

Shortly after Walker moved to San Siro, and having previously hinted at heading to Dubai when the veteran defender was being linked with teams in the Saudi Pro League, Goodman was spotted loading boxes into the back of a truck – leading to suggestions that she was ready to pack her bags for Italy.

She has addressed those reports in a video blog – which has since been deleted – with The Sun reporting her to have said of the fake news that she often dominates: “It's been reported that I am moving to Italy because I was seen with 'empty boxes' which I was sorting items to and from storage. It's been a process moving in especially with two little ones and I've been needing to sort it out for some time. I still haven't finished and if I decide to move I'll have to do it all over again.”

Goodman admits that Dubai remains a possible next port of call for her, along with Portugal, but maintains that she has no intention of following Walker to Italy – having previously stated that “he could be on Mars right now for all I care”.
