Mbappe has been spotted wearing a mask in France training after breaking his nose at Euro 2024. The Real Madrid superstar is hoping to return to action on Friday against the Netherlands and has been wearing a facemask in France colours ahead of the game.

The 2018 World Cup winner is arguably the best player in the world and having him available is key to France's chances of winning this year's Euros. National boss Didier Deschamps has confirmed the 25-year-old will need to have surgery after the tournament in Germany but has also hinted he could be fit to face the Netherlands on Friday. It remains to be seen how it will affect his performances in the coming games.

The new Real Madrid recruit, who joined from Paris Saint-Germain earlier this month, has proven to a key player for the French over the years. He has scored 47 goals in 80 caps, helped them win the 2018 World Cup, and reach the 2022 World Cup final.
