Nottingham Forest eye €40m bid for Anthony Elanga replacement but Monaco and Borussia Dortmund already in talks to sign winger from PSV.

According to Sacha Tavolieri, Dortmund and Monaco are also strongly interested in the player with both clubs already in contacts with the players entourage. However, Forest, boosted by the £55 million ($75m) they could receive from the sale of Elanga, are ready to satisfy the Dutch club with a bid of €40m (£34m/$46m) for the player according to De Telegraaf, via Voetbalzone.

Bakayoko is eager to play in the Champions League. While both Dortmund and Monaco can provide that Forest can only provide Conference League football. Forest have agreed a deal with Lyon for Malick Fofana as backup to Bakayoko but face competition from Chelsea and Bayern Munich as they are yet to convince the player on a contract.

PSV are set to complete the sale of Noa Lang to Napoli for a sum of €28m (£24m/$32m) this month, with the player reportedly set for a medical.

Forest will have a tough task convincing Bakayoko since they are not having Champions league football next season. For Bakayoko he will assess all his options before making his decision to join his future club.
