    THE BIGGER PICTURE

Gibbs-White's strike made it 2-1, before Chris Wood scored Forest's third. United did pull a goal back through Bruno Fernandes, but they were unable to rescue a point, with Lisandro Martinez's late overhead kick zipping just over the bar in injury time.

Gibbs-White told Sky Sports: "I didn't [think it was going in] at all, to be fair. I don't want to discredit Onana, he's an incredible goalkeeper, but when I had the shot, I thought he was going to pick it up."
