More misery for Marcus Rashford! Exiled star set to miss Arsenal FA Cup clash after Ruben Amorim leaves forward out of squad again amid Barcelona, AC Milan transfer talk

Rashford was available for selection having recovered from a recent illness, but Manchester Evening News reports the England international was not part of the group that made the journey to London on Saturday.

Rashford has not featured for United since early December, having been dropped from the squad entirely on three occasions by new coach Ruben Amorim despite being available. The 27-year-old could leave Old Trafford in the January transfer window, with Barcelona, AC Milan and Monaco all said to be interested in signing him.

Rashford has made 24 appearances in all competitions this season, scoring seven times. With no end to his struggles at United in sight, the homegrown star has admitted that he is ready to leave for a "new challenge".

While United go in search of a win against Arsenal in the FA Cup on Sunday, the attacker may have his mind on working out a deal with another club.
