During a pre-match press conference of the Blues, a journalist informed Mauricio Pochettino that his club have collected the most points in the league since December 26 after the Premier League's top three teams, Manchester City, Arsenal and Liverpool. The Argentine was so thrilled to hear the positive news that he applauded himself.

After a disappointing start to the season, the West London club have managed to turn things around towards the business end of the campaign. They have won their last three Premier League matches and currently find themselves seventh on the points table.

Pochettino's side will play against Brighton on Wednesday away from home before hosting Bournemouth in their final game of the season on Sunday at Stamford Bridge.
