Los Angeles FC has had a strong start to its championship defence, winning three and drawing two of its first five games. The Black and Gold will be looking to bridge the gap by defeating a team it thrashed 3-0 at home in the playoff semi-final back in October. The Black and Gold is four points behind league leaders St Louis City with a game in hand.

Since its founding in 2018, Austin FC has not experienced the same level of success as its rivals; however, the past season was a significant improvement as it finished second in the Western Conference.

The Verde and Black has a lot of work to do if it is to close the gap this season, and it has had a bad start, as Josh Wolff's team has garnered only seven points after five games.

GOAL brings you everything you need to know about where to watch the game on TV and stream live online.
