According to The Sun, Goodman attempted to reach out via Instagram, expressing a desire to ease tensions between them and suggesting that finding common ground would be in the best interests of their families. However, Kilner, who shares four children with Walker, has no intention of engaging with Goodman.
Getty Images/GOALKilner and Walker’s relationship has been a longstanding one, dating back to when they were 17 years old. They officially tied the knot in 2022, but their marriage was rocked by Walker’s affair with Goodman in 2019, which resulted in the birth of their son Kairo in 2020.
A source told The Sun that Kilner believes Goodman is deliberately trying to stir up drama, despite her claims of wanting to resolve tensions.
“Annie is in a great place right now and she’s sick and tired of Lauryn constantly trying to stir up issues," the source said.
“Lauryn’s behaviour runs deeper than just ‘animosity’ and she can't work out why Lauryn just won't leave her alone. There is no war, there is no issue. Annie just wants to get on with her life and Lauryn seems to constantly be trying to stir things up. The last thing Annie wants to do is meet up with her. Lauryn is a homewrecker. She can’t work out what Lauryn’s obsession is. Lauryn is constantly trying to insert herself into their life under the guise of doing what she feels is best ‘for all concerned’. It would be laughable if it weren’t so concerning. Kyle is focusing on giving his all on the pitch during what may well be the final years of his career and neither he nor Annie have any desire to engage with Lauryn."
Whereas, another source added: "Annie is tired of Lauryn using her name to look relevant. She twists the narrative to make it look as though she's got the interests of the children but that isn't the case. If Lauryn was thinking of the children she would stop this ridiculous charade. This circus would have died a death a long time ago if Lauryn would just stop bringing it up. It's incredibly boring now and shows how self-centred she really is."
Getty/InstagramWalker is expected to be back in action when Milan travel to face Napoli in Serie A on March 30. With his future seemingly set in Italy, both he and Kilner are prioritising their family life and professional commitments, opting to distance themselves from any further public disputes with Goodman.
