Juventus, Spalletti are considering a change of formation to 3-4-2-1 and Nico Gonzalez as a centre-forward

According to Tuttosport, Nico Gonzalez's situation is the one being discussed most at Continassa among Juventus' attacking options. Spalletti is very pleased with the Argentine's contribution, but McKennie's return, along with the possible sacrifice of a natural attacking midfielder in the search for greater balance, could leave him competing with Alajbegovic for the left-wing role. He could also start alongside Chico Conceiçao if Juventus switch to a 3-4-2-1, an option that, according to the newspaper, Spalletti is already considering to put Juventus right. Still, Nico Gonzalez could also be assessed and used as a centre-forward, operating as an atypical number nine, especially if Kolo Muani continues to fall short of providing convincing answers.
