Juventus are looking for cover for Cambiaso on the left. With Cabal expected to be sold, and Bologna leading the race, another signing is needed and, according to Tuttosport, the Kolasinac track has gathered pace in recent hours. The Bosnian is not part of new Bergamo manager Maurizio Sarri's plans, so he is looking for a new club. Left-footed and capable of playing as the left-sided centre-back in a back three or as a centre-back in a back four, the former Arsenal man could be a ready-made option appreciated by the coach from Certaldo.

For Juventus, it is a golden opportunity: an experienced player with personality, available at a bargain price. Kolasinac has a contract that expires in 2027, and he would arrive on a permanent deal for a knockdown fee. There is competition for the Bosnian, though, and it will be up to him to decide whether to try life at an Italian super-club or return "home". Schalke 04 are currently leading the race to sign him, having had him in the youth teams, the B team and the first team between 2012 and 2017, before another spell there in 2021.
