The president of Inter, Beppe Marotta, has made it clear: Mauro Icardi is not in the club's plans. But the Argentine striker has not given up. Now a free agent, he continues to offer his services in the hope of returning to Inter or another Serie A club.

According to Fabrizio Romano, the former Galatasaray player still wants to return, and a move back to Milan has never been the only option he has pursued.

Icardi has repeatedly offered himself to Inter since the start of last summer. According to Fabrizio Romano, he has done so month after month, either directly or through intermediaries.
