Klich painted a troubling picture of Inter Miami's culture, particularly while Messi remains at the club. The 35-year-old midfielder, who joined MLS in 2023 after thriving at Leeds United, went on to describe a dysfunctional environment where the Argentine superstar's father wields extraordinary influence.
"I don't recommend Miami as long as Messi is there,” Klich told Foot Truck. “It's a disaster; people are leaving, coaches and physiotherapists are leaving. Organizationally, it's bad. Messi's dad basically runs the club...Nothing can be done without their consent. The club itself is also 45-50 minutes from Miami."
