THE BIGGER PICTURE
In collaboration with Vertex CGI, the 32-year-old FC Seoul forward posted a clip on Instagram of him appearing to fire a football toward a huge structure, held up by a ribbon. The fiercely-struck ball then undid the said ribbon and two golden hands, in the style of Lingard's famous celebration, appear. Several fans at that time called out the English star for faking the feat, although, tagging Vertex CGI was sort of a giveaway.
