Hey Jude! Real Madrid star Bellingham visits Sunderland to see younger brother Jobe in action against Coventry

Bellingham was pictured in the stands at the Stadium of Light ahead of Sunderland's clash with Coventry City. The 20-year-old was in attendance to watch his brother, Jobe, line up in the Black Cats' midfield. Jobe, two years Jude's junior, was selected to start new manager Michael Beale's first game in charge. Unfortunately for Bellingham and Beale, Sunderland ended up losing 3-0 on home soil to Coventry.

Jobe's Sunderland suffered play-off heartbreak last season and are once again in contention to qualify for the Championship play-offs. Following the surprise sacking of Tony Mowbray and links with Will Still, Beale was named the club and Jobe's new boss on December 18 with the hope of guiding a young side back to the Premier League. Jobe has been impressive for the Black Cats this season, scoring four goals to catch the eye of Premier League clubs.

The Bellingham brothers have often shared their support for one another, yet the name of the back of their shirts differs. Jobe has opted to have his first name on the back of his shirt, rather than Bellingham as Jude does, in order to separate their careers.

Jobe's Sunderland will continue to push for promotion to the Premier League, likely via the play-offs, and will be looking to their 18-year-old for inspiration. Meanwhile, Jude returns to action with Real Madrid in the new year - facing Mallorca on January 3.
