'It's all bravado' - Harry Redknapp says he'd FIGHT Roy Keane as former Tottenham boss insists Man Utd legend 'isn't as tough as he makes out'

The former Portsmouth, West Ham and Tottenham manager Redknapp says Keane is not as tough as he makes out and that he would not mind fighting with the former Manchester United and Republic of Ireland midfielder. Keane made a name for himself in the Premier League as a no-nonsense type of player who was not afraid to square up to his opponents and put a hard tackle in on them.

Speaking on Soccer PM, Redknapp said: "I don't think Roy Keane's as tough as he makes out. It's all bravado. I wouldn't mind fighting Keane, actually."

It is worth noting that Redknapp was likely talking in jest in regards to actually fighting Keane. The pair crossed paths in the dugout several times over the years, notably when Keane was in charge of Sunderland and Redknapp led Portsmouth.

So far there has been no response from Keane, who usually has a lot to say in the face of confrontation. Perhaps the pair could step into the ring to settle their differences, although Redknapp is 20 years older than Keane and it would not be much of a fair fight.
