THE BIGGER PICTURE
Earlier this month it emerged that the Three Lions captain had ensured that an exit clause was included in his Bayern contract following his move from Tottenham in the summer of 2023. As reported by Sport Bild, Kane has the power to trigger a release clause in his Bayern contract should he wish. The striker was reportedly available for just €80 million (£66m) in the January transfer window but that clause will now be available again next winter at a reduced fee of €65m (£54m). However, it seems he's only thinking about staying at Bayern for now.
