While discussing Chelsea’s current form and their Premier League title aspirations, Chapman casually dismissed the importance of the Conference League. Referring to Chelsea’s participation, he suggested that the club might consider the competition as secondary, allowing them to field a reserve team. Chapman’s implication that the Conference League might be beneath a club like Chelsea immediately prompted a reaction from Moyes, whose team proudly lifted the same trophy less than two seasons ago.

Moyes, visibly irked by the comment, didn’t let it slide. He looked directly at Chapman and fired back with a pointed question: “What’s up with the Conference League?” His tone, laced with irritation, immediately turned the moment into a viral highlight.

Chapman, caught off guard, nervously laughed and tried to defuse the situation by responding, “Nothing, nothing,” while extending a hand of apology.
