Speaking on talkSPORT, Jordan said: "I watched a game where two sides weren't particularly that entertaining, but I watched a game where the result was more prevalent than the performance, and Tottenham got the job done.
"I was pleased for Ange Postecoglou. Postecoglou did what I love to see people do, which is they say they're going to do something and they went and did it.
"He has got the monkey off people's backs which is a trophy. He has exhibited something that maybe he'll now pivot into which is I can play a different way when I have to when I need to, when there's a real pressure on me to achieve an outcome.
"I think he's earned the right to have some latitude. I'm thrilled for him and he's thrilled for himself."
