Mauricio Pochettino's side are currently three points clear of Newcastle United in seventh place, as the Blues look to secure European football for next season.

THE BIGGER PICTURE

Chelsea have a worse goal difference (13) than Newcastle (21), meaning sixth place is not guaranteed ahead of the final game of the season against Bournemouth on Sunday. Newcastle will face Brentford in their final game of the campaign, with all fixtures set to kick-off at 4pm UK time.
