Euro 2020-winning boss Roberto Mancini is also in the frame, alongside the vastly-experienced Claudio Ranieri. Gazzetta claims that Lampard is another option being considered, despite his mixed record across two spells in charge of Chelsea and a stint at Everton.

  • WHAT NEXT?

The Friedkins are in the process of trying to complete a takeover at Everton and have been informed by those at Goodison Park that ex-England international Lampard may be a decent option for them in Serie A, although no definitive decisions on Juric and the next man up have been made as yet.
