Chelsea captain Reece James has confirmed that he paid a hospital visit to a Blues fan who suffered a heart attack during their Manchester City draw.

WHAT HAPPENED?
James has revealed on Instagram that he visited a supporter who sustained a heart attack during the game, and was clinically dead for 20 minutes. The medical emergency took place at Stamford Bridge but medics battled to save the fan's life, and managed to do just that.

James will next be in action for Chelsea after the international break when they play Newcastle at St James' Park. The right-back has not been included in England's squad for their games against Malta and North Macedonia.
