Former New York Red Bulls striker Bradley Wright-Phillips has told MLSsoccer.com: “Ultimately what we’re seeing is, he can’t be stopped. You get tight, he’s going to roll you, drop the shoulder and get by you. The thing you have to do – and I’m making it sound easy sat here – is stop the supply. I know that’s not easy but once that ball gets to Messi’s feet, forget about it. You’re in trouble, it’s too late.”
