According to <a href="https://theathletic.com/5425612/2024/04/18/barcelona-fans-racism-psg-champions-league/" target="_blank">The Athletic,</a> the UEFA appeals body fined Barcelona £21,400 for racist behaviour, £1,700 ($2,130) for the lighting of fireworks and £4,280 ($5,320) for acts of damage during their <a href="https://www.goal.com/en-gb/lists/barcelona-player-ratings-vs-psg-raphinha-pedri/bltbc04ffe30878f275" target="_blank">3-2 first leg Champions League quarter-final win over PSG</a> in Paris. The governing body placed a suspended one match ban on the Spanish giants selling tickets to away fans for European games for a probationary period of one year from April 18.

WHAT HAPPENED?

Barcelona crashed out of the Champions League after <a href="https://www.goal.com/en/lists/psg-player-ratings-vs-barcelona-ousmane-dembele-kylian-mbappe/bltc86e519f25bf0d0a" target="_blank">PSG won the second leg 4-1 on Tuesday</a>.
