VIDEO: Barcelona fans caught on camera chanting for Real Madrid star Vinicius Jr to 'die' ahead of Bayern Munich Champions League clash

The Catalan fans have once again grabbed headlines for the wrong reasons as disturbing videos emerged on social media showing a section of the support directing abhorrent chants towards Vinicius. The same chants were heard last season outside the Estadi Olimpic Lluis Companys ahead of a European tie against Napoli.

Albert Ortega, a journalist with El Confidencial, shared a video on his X handle and wrote: "Barça fans sing 'Vinícius die, Vinícius die' before the match against Bayern Munich in the Champions League."

After scoring a sensational hat-trick against Borussia Dortmund, Vinicius will be eager to do the talking on the pitch when Real Madrid host the Blaugranas on Saturday in a top-of-the-table clash. It remains to be seen if he can use the chants as fodder for success to silence his haters.
