Arsenal fans left sweating as wife of first-team star sparks fears of summer exit in Instagram posts after Newcastle win

Mikel Arteta's side played their final home game of the season on Sunday and signed off with a 1-0 win over Newcastle. The victory guaranteed the Gunners second place in the Premier League table and saw the players take part in a traditional lap of honour with many family members afterwards.

Leandro Trossard's wife posted some images from after the game on social media. However, the updates sparked fears among some Arsenal fans that the Belgium international could be on his way out of the club this summer. The forward's wife Hlven posted on Instagram: "Grateful for the beautiful moments, you are beautiful inside and out." She also shared a photograph with Bukayo Saka's girlfriend Tolami Benson, writing: 'My twingirl forever. Love you.'

Supporter @_ArsenalTeam posted: "These captions are wayyy too emotional man. Is Leandro Trossard leaving at the end of the season? I won’t be surprised because his contract talks stalled mid season."
