Harambee Stars winger switches clubs in China

Beijing Rehne have loaned out Harambee Stars winger Ayub Timbe.

Timbe guided Renhe to secure promotion to Chinese Super League last season but will not play in the top tier after he was loaned out to Heilongjiang Lava Spring F.C. in the lower division.

Beijing Renhe have confirmed loaning out the Kenyan star for the rest of the season. “Timbe will play on loan at Heilongjiang Lava Spring F.C. We wish the player all the best with the new club.”

Heilongjiang Lava Spring Football is a professional Chinese football club that currently participates in the China League One division under licence from the Chinese Football Association (CFA).

The team is based in Harbin, Heilongjiang and their home stadium is the Harbin ICE Center Stadium, which has a capacity of 50,000.

Their current majority shareholder is the Heilongjiang Volcanic Springs Green Natural Mineral Water Co.. Ltd.
