WHAT HAPPENED?
According to The Athletic, Los Angeles FC are inching closer to securing the signature of the veteran French forward, who is expected to sign for the club on a free transfer after Euro 2024, with his contract at Milan set to expire on June 1. The continental competition ends on July 14 and the transfer window in the U.S. opens four days later.

The 37-year-old is expected to sign a deal running through the MLS 2025 season. With LAFC having the MLS discovery right on the player, they hold the first right to sign him ahead of any other side in the league and are now 'finalizing' a deal.
