Real and Man Utd consider Allegri


Manchester United and Real Madrid are considering an approach to make Juventus boss Massimiliano Allegri their new manager, claim Calcio Mercato.

Allegri has led Juve to a commanding 16-point lead at the top of Serie A this term and that dominance has attracted interest.

Although United might offer the permanent job to caretaker boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, Real are reportedly ready to replace Santiago Solari at the end of the season. 

Soares to return to Southampton


Inter loanee Cedric Soares will return to Southampton this summer, reports the Mail.

Soares joined the Serie A side for a loan fee of £400,000 in January and Inter have an option to buy him at the end of the season for £9 million.

But the Milan club will now look to bring in Mateo Darmian from Manchester United instead.

'Returning one day would be an honour' - Seedorf dreams of Real job


Clarence Seedorf says it would be an honour to return to Real Madrid as manager one day.

Los Blancos are widely tipped to part ways with current boss Santiago Solari this summer, with Mauricio Pochettino among the favourites to replace him. 

Seedorf was considered for the vacant job at Santiago Bernabeu at the end of last season but Real opted to appoint Julen Lopitagui instead.

Tottenham consider 17-year-old trialist


Tottenham are considering signing Notts County teenager Kion Etete, according to the Mail.

The winger scored twice for Spurs' Under-18s in a game against West Ham at the end of a one-week trial period.

Etete, 17, only turned professional in November. 

Odegaard offered to Ajax


Martin Odegaard has been offered to Ajax for a loan spell next season, reports AS.

The Norwegian is currently on loan at Vitesse in Eredivisie and is yet to break into the Real first team after his high-profile move in 2015.

Odegaard said he does not no where his future lies next season and that he will see what his parent club wants for him.

Real make Eriksen offer


Real Madrid have submitted a bid for Tottenham playmaker Christian Eriksen, claims Don Balon.

The offer involves a swap deal with Gareth Bale, who left north London for Santiago Bernabeu in 2013, going in the other direction.

Barca, Real & Chelsea must wait for Jovic


Eintracht Frankfurt sporting director Fredi Bobic is coy on the future of 21-year-old striker Luka Jovic.

Goal understands a number of top European clubs are eyeing a move for Jovic, who has scored 21 goals this term, with Barcelona, Real Madrid and Chelsea among the frontrunners to land his signature.

But Bobic insists the forward's future will not be decided for some time.

Roma duo Edin Dzeko and Kostas Manolas are likely to move to the Premier League this summer, according to Calcio Mercato

The Serie A side look likely to miss out on a Champions League place next term which will reportedly cause a number of their star players to look for a move elsewhere.

Dortmund after Zaha as Pulisic replacement


Borussia Dortmund remain interested in signing Crystal Palace star Wilfried Zaha to replace Christian Pulisic, reports Sky Sports.

The Bundesliga club made contact with Palace in January over doing a deal for Zaha, after identifying him as a good option to replace the Chelsea-bound American.

Zaha may be hard to pry free from the London club, as he signed a new contract through 2023 last August and reports indicated Palace wanted £70 million ($92m) for him last summer. 

Milan eye Barca youngster


Milan are considering a move for on-loan Barcelona defender  Marc Cucurella.

The 20-year-old is currently on loan at Eibar but the Serie A side has made contact with Barca about signing him this summer.

Milan are apparently willing to part with $11 million (£9m/$12m) for the player.

Toronto FC sign Pozuelo as third DP


Toronto FC have announced the signing of Spanish midfielder Alejandro Pozuelo from Belgian side KRC Genk.

Terms of Pozuelo’s transfer and contract were not disclosed beyond that he becomes their third designated player, after Michael Bradley and Jozy Altidore.

However, reports have put the transfer fee as high as $11 million (£9m), with Pozuelo set to join Toronto after the close of the Belgian top-flight regular season, March 18.

Foden needs to leave Man City like Sancho - Ferdinand


Rio Ferdinand has urged Manchester City midfielder Phil Foden to leave the reigning Premier League champions in search of more first-team football like former team-mate Jadon Sancho.

Foden has made 20 appearances this season for City, but 13 of those have been from the bench as a substitute as the youngster is down in Pep Guardiola's pecking order.

Ferdinand believes Foden may have to follow in Sancho’s path and depart the Etihad Stadium to help his development as a promising young player.

Paul Pogba may have eyed a move to Barcelona in the past, claims Robert Pires, but the “best player at Manchester United” is now being backed to stay put and calm any exit fears at Old Trafford

A fellow Frenchman and World Cup winner has told bwin: “I think there was a time when he was eyeing a move to Barcelona and I wouldn’t be surprised if his agent still is, but the best thing Pogba could do would be to stay at Manchester United.”

Rondon wants Newcastle stay


Salomon Rondon is hoping that a productive loan switch from West Brom will be turned into a permanent transfer by Newcastle.

He has told the Chronicle: "They know what I want and what my family want.

"I have spoken with them and made it clear. If there is an opportunity for me to be here - I'll stay here 100%."

Bayern Munich are considering a bid for Arsenal starlet Xavier Amaechi, reports

The 18-year-old winger is attracting interest from clubs in Britain and across Europe, with scouts flocking to watch his outings for the Gunners' youth team.

Bale doesn't want to leave Madrid


Gareth Bale’s agent claims his client does not want to leave Real Madrid, but has blasted the treatment of the Wales international from supporters as “nothing short of a disgrace”.

Jonathan Barnett has told Sky Sports: "There has not been one single discussion about Gareth leaving Madrid. He isn't going anywhere this summer. Despite what's been reported, he's content, he wants to stay at Real and they want him."

Barcelona have cancelled the contract of midfielder Sergi Samper amid reports of an impending link-up with Andres Iniesta at Japanese side Vissel Kobe.

Samper, 24, leaves Barca after never really living up to his early promise, having been highly rated when coming through their La Masia academy.

According to Calcio Mercato, Unai Emery is a keen admirer of the midfielder and hopes he can be lured to the Emirates Stadium when the market reopens.

Under has contributed three goals and five assists in 18 Serie A appearances for Roma this season.

Spurs like the look of Skov


Tottenham are considering a move for FC Copenhagen winger Robert Skov, according to Sky Sports.

The highly-rated 22-year-old has also been watched by Premier League scouts from Watford, Wolves and West Ham this season.

Liverpool will target Coutinho replacement this summer

Arsenal line up Tagliafico swoop


Ajax full-back Nicolas Tagliafico is the subject of interest from Arsenal, according to the Daily Mirror.

Barcelona are hoping to sign Gunners stalwart Nacho Monreal this summer, which has left the English club searching for his possible replacement.

Unai Emery is looking to increase his options at left-back and Tagliafico is top of Arsenal's list, having impressed with his displays in the Eredivisie and the Champions League for Ajax this season.


Arsenal aiming to sign Carrasco on permanent deal


Arsenal are interested in signing Dalian Yifang attacker Yannick Carrasco on a permanent deal this summer, after a failed loan approach in January.

According to the Daily Express, Inter Milan and AC Milan are also in the hunt for the Belgian star, who is aiming to secure a return to European football later in the year.

Carrasco's £8m ($11m) per year wages may be a sticking point for the Gunners, but the club are still hopeful of brokering a deal.


Man Utd & Liverpool chasing Isco


Manchester United and Liverpool are both prepared to target Real Madrid midfielder Isco when the transfer window reopens, according to Tuttosport.

The Spaniard has fallen way down the pecking order at Santiago Bernabeu in recent months and may be allowed to leave the club this summer.

Isco has only featured in 16 La Liga matches for Madrid in total this season, contributing one goal and two assists.

Liverpool target summer swoop for Maxi Gomez


Liverpool are interested in signing Celta Vigo striker Maxi Gomez this summer, according to The Sun.

Former Reds talisman Luis Suarez has recommended his Uruguayan teammate, with a £35m ($46m) now reportedly in the works between the two clubs.

Gomez has contributed nine goals and five assists in 21 La Liga matches for Celta Vigo this season.

Milan set to make offer for Sensi


Milan are set to make an offer for Sassuolo midfielder Stefano Sensi, according to Calcio Mercato.

The midfielder has appeared  in 20 Serie A games for Sassuolo this season, providing one goal and two assists.

His performance against Milan over the weekend confirmed to the club that he was one for the future, and the club is expected to make a push for him in the summer.

Southgate eyes Townsend for England call-up


Gareth Southgate is eyeing Andros Townsend for a surprise England recall, according to the Mirror.

The Three Lions boss has already decided to call Tom Heaton for a Euro 2020 qualifier with Czech Republic at Wembley on March 22, and it appears Townsend may join him in the squad. 

Townsend came on as a substitute in Crystal Palace's 3-1 win at Burnley on Saturday. 

Perez frustrated after James calls Marcelo


Fiorentino Perez was left frustrated with all involved after Marcelo confided in James Rodriguez following Real Madrid's recent Clasico defeat, according to Don Balon.

Rodriguez called Marcelo to offer encouragement following the recent defeat against Barcelona as, alongside Cristiano Ronaldo, the fullback was one of his closest friends during his time in Spain.

Perez is frustrated that Real Madrid business is being discussed with a player not currently with the team, and it could impact Rodriguez's future upon the expiration of his loan go Bayern. 

Rossi no longer training with LAFC


Giuseppe Rossi's training stint with Los Angeles FC is over.

The Italian forward, who is currently without a club, had been training with LAFC after recently working with Manchester United.

Rossi most recently played with Genoa but left the club following the 2017-18 campaign.

Barcelona face Rakitic decision


Barcelona are faced with the decision to offer Ivan Rakitic a new deal or sell the Croatian star, according to Marca.

Rakitic was promised an improved deal after the World Cup, but Josep Maria Bartomeu is facing the difficult prospect of balancing the club's wage bill.

Ernesto Valverde is eager to keep hold of Rakitic but, with clubs like PSG swirling, Barca could be forced to sell with Frenkie de Jong signed and Adrien Rabiot expected to join up as well.

Perez to fly to London this week to meet Pochettino


Real Madrid president Florentino Pérez is reportedly set to fly to London this week to meet with Tottenham manager Mauricio Pochettino.

Don Balon claim that Real are still deliberating between the Argentine and former manager Jose Mourinho, but Perez has ruled out keeping Santiago Solari next season.

The 71-year-old is expected to step up his recruitment drive in the coming days, beginning with with his meeting with Pochettino.

After speaking with the Tottenham manager and Mourinho, Perez will then have a clearer idea of who he wants to manage Los Blancos in 2019/2020.

Celta appoint Fran Escriba as new manager


Celta Vigo have announced that Fran Escriba will be their new manager.

The 53-year-old has previously been in charge of Elche and Getafe, but has not managed a side since he was fired by Villarreal in 2017.

Celta are currently 17th in La Liga and are two points clear of the relegation zone.
